Poner sobre la mesa los temas que importan, profundizarlos y generar conciencia sobre los cambios que estamos atravesando es parte de mi propósito. Porque para liderar una transformación, primero necesitamos comprenderla, ponerla en agenda y animarnos a hacer nuevas preguntas.Putting the topics that matter on the table, going deeper into them and raising awareness about the changes we are living through is part of my purpose. Because to lead a transformation, we first need to understand it, put it on the agenda and dare to ask new questions.

Muchos de los grandes desafíos de nuestro tiempo siguen analizándose por separado. Inteligencia artificial, longevidad, liderazgo, talento y futuro del trabajo forman parte de conversaciones mucho más amplias, y me motiva generarlas.Many of the defining challenges of our time are still discussed separately. Artificial intelligence, longevity, leadership, talent and the future of work are part of much broader conversations, and I am driven to create them.

Este encuentro abrió la puerta a una etapa muy importante de mi propio proceso de reconversión. Coordiné y facilité una experiencia que reunió a mujeres líderes, referentes del mundo vitivinícola y de la comunidad global de SW50, combinando conversaciones, actividades de integración y networking. Haber sido parte de un espacio donde pudimos pausar la fortaleza que muchas veces requiere el liderazgo, compartir necesidades y conectar entre pares con apertura y autenticidad fue lo que más me marcó.This gathering opened the door to a very important stage in my own reinvention. I coordinated and facilitated an experience that brought together women leaders, figures from the wine industry and the global SW50 community, combining conversations, integration activities and networking. Being part of a space where we could set down the strength that leadership so often demands, share what we needed and connect as peers with openness and honesty is what stayed with me.

Cerramos consolidando lo vivido y proyectando próximos pasos para transformar la inspiración en acción colectiva.Academic sessions, an executive coach who invited us to explore how leadership runs through us as women, wine tastings and an outdoor experience to connect with nature and encourage strategic reflection. We closed by consolidating what we had lived and mapping next steps to turn inspiration into collective action.

Les pedimos a las participantes que lo resumieran en una palabra. Pero todas sabemos que es difícil explicar cómo un grupo de mujeres que, en muchos casos, apenas se conocían llegó a Mendoza y, en pocos días, compartió risas, desafíos, emociones y también vulnerabilidades. Nos fuimos habiendo construido algo mucho más difícil de resumir en una palabra: comunidad.We asked the participants to sum it up in one word. But we all know how hard it is to explain how a group of women who, in many cases, barely knew each other arrived in Mendoza and, within a few days, shared laughter, challenges, emotions and vulnerabilities too. We left having built something much harder to sum up in a single word: community.
