Mi recorrido empezó lejos del mundo corporativo. Estudié Psicología en la Universidad de Buenos Aires y durante esos años trabajé ad honorem en el Hospital Borda, acompañando a pacientes en espacios de encuentro. Los sábados recorría panaderías del barrio buscando facturas para compartir al final de las charlas, alrededor de un mate. My path began far from the corporate world. I studied Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, and during those years I volunteered at Hospital Borda, accompanying patients in group sessions. On Saturdays I would walk the neighbourhood bakeries looking for pastries to share at the end of our talks, over mate.
Había elegido una carrera profundamente vinculada con las personas y con un propósito social. I had chosen a career deeply connected to people and to a social purpose.
La búsqueda de independencia económica me llevó, casi en paralelo, hacia un mundo muy diferente: la administración y las finanzas. Empecé a trabajar, estudié Administración y fui incorporando nuevas dimensiones a mi manera de entender las organizaciones: primero los números y el negocio; después los procesos, los datos y la tecnología. The search for financial independence led me, almost in parallel, toward a very different world: administration and finance. I started working, studied Business Administration, and gradually added new dimensions to how I understood organizations: first the numbers and the business; then processes, data and technology.

Años más tarde, ser mamá marcó otro cambio importante en mi vida y también en mi carrera. Dejé mi primer gran trabajo en una multinacional, Discovery, y tomé una decisión profesional que terminó llevándome a Santander Argentina, donde desarrollé gran parte de mi carrera ejecutiva. Years later, becoming a mother marked another turning point in my life and in my career. I left my first major role at a multinational, Discovery, and made a professional decision that eventually took me to Santander Argentina, where I built most of my executive career.
Durante más de 16 años en Santander Argentina asumí roles muy distintos, liderando equipos y transformaciones desde perspectivas diversas. Fui Chief Data Officer, COO de Sustainable Finance y, más adelante, Head of Transformation. Ese recorrido me permitió moverme entre datos, negocio, finanzas, tecnología, inteligencia artificial, procesos y personas, y entender cómo esas dimensiones se conectan dentro de una organización. Over more than 16 years at Santander Argentina I took on very different roles, leading teams and transformations from a range of perspectives. I served as Chief Data Officer, COO of Sustainable Finance and later Head of Transformation. That path let me move between data, business, finance, technology, artificial intelligence, processes and people, and understand how those dimensions connect inside an organization.
La tecnología se convirtió en una de mis grandes pasiones. Me interesó siempre por su capacidad para ampliar posibilidades, cuestionar la manera en que hacemos las cosas y transformar organizaciones. Pero, con los años, también fui entendiendo algo sobre mi propio recorrido: los logros que recuerdo con mayor trascendencia no son solamente las implementaciones tecnológicas, las automatizaciones o las mejoras de procesos. Technology became one of my great passions. It always drew me in for its capacity to expand possibilities, question how we do things and transform organizations. But over the years I also came to understand something about my own path: the achievements I remember most clearly are not only the technology rollouts, the automations or the process improvements.
Son aquellos en los que una transformación logró cambiar también la experiencia de las personas: equipos que encontraron una nueva manera de trabajar, líderes que pudieron mirar un problema desde otro lugar y personas que descubrieron nuevas posibilidades para desarrollarse. They are the ones where a transformation also changed people's experience: teams that found a new way of working, leaders who could look at a problem from somewhere else, and people who discovered new possibilities to grow.
De alguna manera, las distintas capas de mi recorrido terminaron reencontrándose con aquello que me había llevado a estudiar Psicología muchos años antes: la posibilidad de generar impacto en las personas. In a way, the different layers of my path ended up reconnecting with what had led me to study Psychology many years earlier: the possibility of having an impact on people.
De esa mirada también nació Silvora. Silvora was born from that perspective too.

Estamos atravesando la convergencia de dos transformaciones profundas. La inteligencia artificial está redefiniendo el trabajo a una velocidad extraordinaria, mientras la longevidad y los cambios demográficos están extendiendo nuestras vidas, nuestras carreras y modificando la composición de nuestras sociedades. We are living through the convergence of two profound transformations. Artificial intelligence is redefining work at extraordinary speed, while longevity and demographic change are extending our lives and careers and reshaping the composition of our societies.

El impacto de esa convergencia no está escrito. Puede profundizar brechas y dejar atrás a personas, organizaciones y comunidades que no logren adaptarse. Pero también puede convertirse en una enorme oportunidad para vivir y trabajar mejor, ampliar nuestras posibilidades y construir sociedades más prósperas y equitativas. The impact of that convergence is not yet written. It can widen gaps and leave behind people, organizations and communities that fail to adapt. But it can also become an enormous opportunity to live and work better, expand what is possible and build more prosperous and equitable societies.
Para las organizaciones, el impacto es concreto. Una fuerza laboral que envejece y una menor disponibilidad relativa de talento joven obligan a repensar cómo desarrollamos, retenemos y reconvertimos el talento. For organizations, the impact is concrete. An ageing workforce and a relative decline in the availability of younger talent force a rethink of how we develop, retain and reskill people.
Al mismo tiempo, la expansión de la economía silver está transformando quién consume, qué necesita y dónde aparecen nuevas oportunidades de mercado. At the same time, the expansion of the silver economy is transforming who consumes, what they need and where new market opportunities emerge.
No es solo un tema de talento: cambian también los procesos, los productos y los modelos de negocio. This is not only a talent issue: processes, products and business models change too.
Creo que el desafío está en cómo hacemos esa transición: cómo incorporamos la tecnología sin perder de vista a las personas, cómo desarrollamos nuevas formas de aprender y trabajar, y cómo aprovechamos una vida más larga para seguir creciendo, aportando y creando valor. I believe the challenge lies in how we make that transition: how we adopt technology without losing sight of people, how we develop new ways of learning and working, and how we make the most of longer lives to keep growing, contributing and creating value.
Ahí es donde hoy elijo concentrar mi trabajo: acompañar a personas y organizaciones a anticipar estos cambios, repensar los modelos que empiezan a quedar atrás y transformar esta convergencia en nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo, competitividad y bienestar. That is where I choose to focus my work today: helping people and organizations anticipate these changes, rethink the models that are starting to fall behind, and turn this convergence into new opportunities for growth, competitiveness and wellbeing.
Aspiro a que sea, sobre todo, humano. Above all, I hope it is a human one.
Que mi hija esté orgullosa de la persona que fui. Haber acompañado a otros a crecer y haber crecido con ellos. Haber dejado algo valioso en las personas con las que compartí el camino. That my daughter is proud of the person I was. To have helped others grow, and to have grown with them. To have left something of value in the people I shared the way with.
Porque creo que nuestra huella está menos en lo que construimos que en cómo acompañamos, cuidamos y crecemos con quienes caminan al lado. Because I believe our mark lies less in what we build than in how we support, care for and grow alongside the people beside us.
